Sylvan Lake Hockey Camp

For 42 years, the Sylvan lake Hockey Camp has had a program that encompassed both on ice and off ice training. Four years ago, our program embraced the ‘Long Term Player Development’ initiative encouraged by Hockey Canada and Hockey Alberta, one that strongly recommends cross training to cultivate athleticism. It is also the cornerstone of their ‘Alternate Season Development Program’ sanction process.

SLHC consists of six All Skills sessions, two Goaltender sessions, and one All Girls session.

SLHC sessions begin July 9 and go through to August 29. The age range is 5 years to 17 years in all sessions except “All Girls” and “Goaltender”, which are 5 years and up.
