KB Trails

Secluded, rustic cabins. Affordable family fun. Drop in for a night or two and take a step back in time staying in rustic camping cabins. Leave the hustle and bustle of everyday living behind. Your hosts Karen and Bob Brinkman offer warm “maritime” hospitality in an authentic western style, as you relax and enjoy quiet solitude in the privacy of your “home away from home”. That’s some of the treasures we share with you here at KB Trails. All you need to bring is your food, bedding and a sense of humour.

Open year round. All three cabins are in isolated locations separate from each other yet still accessible by private vehicle. Four wheel drive is recommended for winter time access but is not absolutely necessary. The unserviced cabins Drifters Camp & Paradise Inn offer the opportunity to step back into time and experience rustic living with candles and oil lamps for lighting, visits to the outhouse through forest, hauling water in jugs and adventurous, creative cooking on woofers or barbecues. If you are “campers” these two cabins definitely are for you especially if you are looking to upgrade your camping experience for a roof over your head and an indoor fire to keep you warm. If however you are looking for indoor plumbing and electricity you may want to consider the cabin called Earls Place with a full kitchen and wash room with toilet and shower.

All the cabins have barbecues, picnic areas, fire pits, and free firewood. Pets are welcome.
