Bowden Pioneer Museum

The Bowden Pioneer Museum opens for the season the last Saturday in May. The Museum is open 11:00 am to 4:00 pm every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday during June, July and August.  Admission is By Donation, under six free. Free Entrance for Museum Members.

Displays include photographs and artifacts from the Bob Hoare Photography Studio, Bowden Hardware Store, Irene Wood Avon Collection, a recreated school room from Bowden’s old Schoolhouse, the Creamery, Railway, Military Memorial and more.

The Bowden Pioneer Museum also operates a Thrift Shop and holds Garage Sales the last weekend of each month. Donations of clothing, toys and other items are accepted.
